Refund & Cancellation Policy

Operated by: Akhil Bharatiya Marwari Yuva Manch (AIMYM) acting solely as a facilitation and coordination body

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the conditions under which Beneficiaries may request consideration of a refund or cancellation for payments made via the Health Saathi platform. It aims to provide transparency, fairness, and clarity to all users and members.

"Beneficiary" shall mean the users who have duly paid the fee for the Health Saathi Membership.

All the parts of the Policies are to be construed harmoniously. However, in case of a conflict between the Terms/Privacy Policy and this Policy, the former shall prevail on all matters. For all other conflicts in any part of the Policies, the Terms shall prevail.

To cancel a membership or payment:

⏱️ Refund-eligible requests are processed within 7–10 working days after validation.

Submission of a cancellation or refund request does not guarantee approval. AIMYM reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the terms of this policy.

6. Refund Amount and Mode

Refund amount, if approved, shall be limited to only the Health Saathi fees paid to AIMYM minus any admin expenses (if any).

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method only, such as:

Actual credit to the Beneficiary's account may vary based on the bank/payment provider's processing time.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter after exhausting internal review to:

Your concern will be reviewed in accordance with our Grievance Redressal Policy. Escalated disputes will be acknowledged within 7 calendar days and resolved within 30 calendar days, which can be further increased based on the nature of the dispute and availability of resources to resolve the dispute.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time at the sole and absolute discretion of AIMYM. Updates will be posted on the official websites and the Health Saathi app or any other mode deemed fit. It shall be used to review it from time to time for their understanding of usages.
